• Fees: All registration fees are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation as outlined below. Payment must be completed via the methods provided on our website.

• Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Event Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Event. In such cases, registrants will be notified and refunded in full.
• Participant Cancellations: If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to the Event. Refund requests made 29 days or closer to the event are at our discretion and may not be guaranteed.
